Pricing: Hosted and On-Premise Options

RDP offers software with many features and reports, as well as professional and training from our USA based team.  Our intention is to be the last software system you will ever use.  Our software is designed to meet more complex needs and requirements, today and in the future.  We frequently include custom modifications to make sure the system meets your unique requirements.

On-Premise Purchase Model

  • Complete software systems from $10,000
  • Dependent on Customer Needs
  • No transaction fees
  • Unlimited Internet Reservations Included

The On-Premise model is where a software license is purchased for a one time fee with the program and data installed on your equipment.  This model requires a higher up-front cost but is less expensive over a multi-year monthly hosted system.  The purchase price starts at $10,000 and increases based on the total number of units, as well as which modules and interfaces are included (Global Distribution System, Phone, POS, etc).  The initial purchase can be made in installments.  The annual support contract, which includes product updates, is based on your initial sales price.

With the Hosted model your data is stored at a secure location.  You do not have to purchase or maintain a data server.   This model requires a much lower up-front cost than the On-Premise model and also saves the costs related to a server, IT staff and backups.  The monthly fee starts at $600 and increases based on the total number of units as well as what modules and interfaces are included (Global Distribution System, Phone, POS, etc).

  • One monthly fee includes software license, support, updates, and hosting

  • License becomes invalid and inactive if monthly payments stop
  • Data is stored at a secure cloud hosting facility and backed up automatically
