IRM.Net Upgrades for Current RDP Customers

RDP is pleased to announce the release of the new customizable ‘Internet Reservations Module’ known as ‘IRM.net’ to our current customers. The IRM.net brings the power of Microsoft’s .Net architecture to the Internet Reservations module for more seamless integration to your marketing website. If you are ready to move forward with the all the great new customizable features in the new IRM.net, please note there is a $1,000 change fee per property to upgrade from the classic IRM to the IRM.net. This change fee includes:

Verifying your Hardware/Network Configuration, click here for hardware requirements
Configuring the various switches and settings
Transferring existing images
Transferring existing descriptions
Installing the software on your IRM Server.

Please note: IRM.net is now available for guest and owner reservations only. If you also use the features available for travel agents, groups, and the virtual store; these features will be released on a later date.

If your property is either condo or timeshare this change fee also includes the IRM.net for owner reservations which you can review by clicking here for a condo demo or a timeshare demo of the IRM.Net for owners. Hotel/resort properties can view a hotel demo here.

The IRM.net software upgrade is free. The change fee is for the time and expertise for us to help you with this transition.

Once this upgrade is complete, you will have a technically functioning IRM. RDP’s support staff are tasked with making your IRM.net function but are not web designers or artists. RDP Support can only help with technical issues, but the support staff are not designers, and cannot help make your IRM.net ‘pretty’ as you might define it.

The IRM.net has great capabilities to be customized with your colors, themes, and even embedded into your existing website.

Below are your options for customizing the IRM.net & to make the pictures and descriptions work correctly within the IRM.net you will need to do one of the following:

	Description
Do It Yourself	If you or your staff have expertise in web design and HTML programming and are familiar with skins, themes, and style sheets are second nature; you can customize the IRM.net using information provided here. Again, RDP Support cannot help you with this design exercise; we can only help you with the technical configuration of the module.
Basic Implementation via Web Designer	If you have a web design/web programming firm that you work with, they can click here for documentation to customize the IRM.net. Again, RDP Support cannot help you or your web team with this design exercise; we can only help you with the technical configuration of the module.
Basic Implementation Hire Our Preferred Web Designer	RDP strongly recommends that you hire GuestStream to help you customize the IRM.net. GuestStream is RDP's preferred web design/web programming company. They have already completed IRM.net customizations and are intimately familiar with the process, which will save you time and money.
Full Integration With Our Preferred Web Designer	If you are interested in further integration of the IRM.net into your existing website, or are interested in a new website integrated with IRM.net, please contact GuestStream.
