Email Marketing

RDPWin and the Internet Reservation Module automatically sends e-mails to all guests, owners, travel agents and groups who make reservations. These confirmations can be completely customized for the appearance desired. Additionally any system report can be sent via e-mail to and person our group in your address book. For example you could e-mail the daily manager report to a group of ten managers simultaneously.

E-mail is one of the most powerful and least expensive marketing tools available and has been fully incorporated into the core RDP system at no additional charge. E-mail features included in the system:

E-mail databases are created for guests, travel agents, groups, wholesalers, and condo/timeshare owners
E-mail confirmations are automatically sent to guests, using Adobe or other formats, complete with Maps and other attachments
Mass E-mails can be sent directly from the RDP System - no third party software required (see sample below)
RDP abides by all current regulations for anti-SPAM by allowing guests to "opt out" of mass E-mails.
Guest confirmations can be sent via E-mail, Fax, or printed and mailed.
Crystal Reports can be created and distributed by E-mail
Reservations made by the Internet Reservation Module (IRM) can send E-mail confirmations automatically

Sample Guest E-mail Confirmation

Guest confirmations can be sent to guests via E-mail, Fax, or printed and sent US Mail. A sample confirmation appears below. This confirmation can be easily modified at no charge by the customer using Crystal Reports and sent in Adobe format so it cannot be modified by the guest.

Automatically Send Confirmation with RDPWin E-mail Monitor

The system can automatically send E-mail confirmations when reservations are made using the RDPWin E-mail Monitor. The confirmations can be in plain test, Adobe or word format, and can include additional attachments, such as a map to the property, or reservation cancellation policies. Reservations made with ANY METHOD can all receive the same E-mail automatically, including:

Global Distribution System Interface (GDS)

The screen below is used to send mass E-mails to guests. Notice the following:

E-mails are sent automatically - no additional software is required
Messages can be typed in, OR an attachment can be sent. For example, a picture could be attached, or a brochure in Adobe, HTML, or Word format
E-mails can be sent to all guests, or selected guests. A wide variety of selections is possible, such as "all guests who stayed in the last 6 months
The system only shows "valid" E-mails. For example, an E-mail in the wrong format is not sent
On most systems 40000 E-mails can be send in less than an hour
E-mail is free
Guests can opt out of mass E-mails, which follows the guidelines established to not be considered a spammer
