Reservations - Cancel Groups

Cancel Leader Reservation with No Deposit

When the reservation selected for cancellation is a leader reservation, the a screen displays and allows for selection of a replacement leader reservation. Select from the list and continue to the Cancel Reservation screen.

In the sample above, the new leader reservation (Damon) is the recipient of the group deposit by checking the Transfer box. The faux leader reservation (not a real person) is replaced by an actual person (Damon) and the deposit transferred to the proper group leader reservation.
