Crystal Report:  Telephone Operator List

The system can automatically send the guest name to your phone system during check-in using RDP's phone actuator interface.  When the guest calls the operator, the guest's name can then appear on the operators phone.  Alternatively you can print a telephone operator list with Crystal Reports, as seen below.  As with all reports this can be easily modified by the user to have different columns, sorting, etc.
