Analysis by Market Code

RDP Analysis Reports include the following characteristics.

• A comparison by revenue category (i.e. - market code) for a user-defined date range.
• Each report's header includes totals for room revenue, occupied count, average daily rate, and occupancy percentage for the entire date range selected.
• Each report contains two charts.  One includes the top 10 codes within the revenue category.  The second chart displays total revenue by month within the dates selected.
• Below the charts are room revenue, occupied counts, and average daily rate by code within the revenue category.  Drill-down is available in this section.
• The Analysis Reports are in the "Analysis" folder.

The following market code analysis report identifies the top market codes for the day compared to the year as a whole.
