Call Accounting Interface

The RDP Property Management system interfaces with call accounting devices that output call information in HOBIC format over an RS-232C serial link.

HOBIC output, a bridge computer with a serial port, and a serial link are the only requirements for an interface between RDP and your call costing system. However, new and existing customers should always consult with their telephone vendor technicians to confirm that the call costing software has been purchased prior to the arrival of the RDP installation personnel.

Note: The call accounting bridge computer must be a part of the RDP network.
